Growth Founders is a monthly coaching service for business owners and founders.
We make it nearly impossible to fail at growing your business. Specifically, we will help to define your long term vision and then provide you with complete clarity on how you will achieve your business and personal goals, step by step, task by task. Then, weekly, via your own 1-1 coach and founder’s software suite we will ensure your key objectives are completed each week to move you towards your target.

Mandatory refund policy: If you aren’t completely clear on your goals and targets for your business and understand exactly how you are going to achieve them after going through our Vision Clarity Framework, we require you to ask for your money back, and you keep everything we have gone through.

Yes. We class this program as the perfect hybridisation between technology and coaching. Your coach is only onto you during your weekly calls there isn't any other founder in attendance. By doing this your coach can truly understand you, your business and your goals and therefore guide you in the best way to achieve your goals. This relationship is built on expertise and trust which can only be done via 1-1 communication.
Absolutely not. Your data and your business thoughts are between you and the coaches. We do not share or distribute any information that belongs to you.
We also provide confidentiality and NDA in our contract terms to cover both parties and set our clients' minds at peace as well.
We match our clients and coaches based on a range of metrics so this doesn't occur. However, if you feel you do not have the trust or want to get a different viewpoint on something we will happily accommodate a change to another coach.
Your coach will agree on a time each week that works for you to have your weekly calls. They will phone you at that exact time each week unless you require a change of time. We do ask that we have 48 hours' notice for a change in time so we can ensure we can accommodate you in that week.
The software is your founder hub. It enables you to maintain clarity on your key tasks, focus your productivity and track your progress towards your objectives and goals. It is integral to how we run the program and allows you and your coach constant communication and interaction to ensure you are progressing and growing.
